Behavioral Theories of learning

               This topic was very important to us because sooner we will be a teacher. There are some guides and objective on how to become a motivated teacher and it was discussed in this topic.

                I have learned that when you are teaching you should know how to handle your students and especially how the students will understand and cope up your lessons. And the most important is that what  you will do to the learners that are slow, moderate and fast learners. How you will handle this in the same situation? You will put into your mind that everyone should learn because their motive in school is to learn. The primary obligation of a teacher is to motivate the learners/students and not to give them some doubt that can discriminate their selves.

                The students cannot only learn through the discussion of the teacher but also for socializing like group activities. They can acquire learning’s through the knowledge and experiences of the others and yet it was done through sharing of ideas. In addition with that they can learn through an observation by applying the four phases which are the attention, retention, reproduction and motivations. We can say that they can learn because it we applied and thoroughly practice by the individuals.
